I ordered 3 mugs for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely beautiful. I bought myself one to commemorate my first Mother’s Day and I purchased the other 2 for my sisters and they loved them. I loved that I was able to customize them to make them look like my sisters and their kids. They are such lovely and thoughtfully put together keepsakes. I will treasure my mug forever since it holds special meaning to me for my first Mother’s Day.
Adding that I didn’t wait too long for my mugs after placing my order. I believe I received them the following week which is great considering they had to personalize them for me. I had no problem whatsoever, it was a very easy transaction. I will continue to purchase specialized items from this site in the future :)

I ordered a blanket in April for Mother's Day. The tracking number stated it was delivered even though it wasn't. I requested a new one to be sent and it never came. They offered to refund me 50% of what I paid and credited me 4 DOLLARS. I reported the purchase as fraud luckily. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

They say they are located in Louisville KY I live in Cincinnati Ohio my item was promised May 7th it was a mother's day present well its May 6th and it's all the way in California. I have tried calling several times it says too high of call volume. I finally got through today and asked why my item was in California when they are "supposedly" in KY well they are not there they are located over seas and my item has a delivery date of May 11th now! The rep could only say when it leaves them its out of their hands well it left them April 30th! That means they are over seas just be honest where you are located and how long delivery really will be! Never again! My weekend is ruined it was a gift for my sister from out of town and my nephew was murdered so I wanted to give her this as a mother's day gift now I have to wait and mail it to her when it gets here! Hope it looks like it says at least!

The mug was much smaller than expected. Never knew they made mugs this small.

I believe due to improper packaging I payed $22.00 only to receive a smashed cup I'm Very unsatisfied and this is very unsatisfactory and I'm very disappointed my order number GB5035948

The order process was easy and the mugs are so cute. They were delivered quickly too. I was kept informed of each stepfrom ordering to processing to shipping and delivery.

Really pleased with blankets for 2 recipients detailing my dog and family members the blanket is enormous as per the dimensions. Blanket is warm and snuggly. Not cheap but great personalisation

The pictures on the mugs wasn’t very clear for the price you pay

I ordered a mug from this company mid February and have not received it. Tried to contact them the first time I was told to be patient. The second time I have received no response. Very unhappy with this company and my advice would be not to order from them.

The cup is adorable.
